PUBLIC NOTICE
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, May 11, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for David & Mary Ehrlich of 28 Northwest Cove Rd, Monterey to seasonally install one floating dock plus a canopy which will all be removed in the winter months. This project is located in the buffer zone of Lake Buel.
