PUBLIC NOTICE
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, May 11, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Mark & Patricia Ferraro of 12 Sylvan Rd, Monterey to repair and reconfigure an existing dock by adding a 6’x10’ leg to form an ‘L’ shape to the dock. This project is located in the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
