The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 8, 2009 at 6:00pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA to act on a Notice of Intent, MWPA GLC 131 section 40 for Archibald Reid of Sandisfield Rd, Monterey to develop 2 single family home sites with associated infrastructure. This project is located in the buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland.
