The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, June 8, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Rita Schwartz of 19 Buckingham Lane, Monterey to repair or replace the curtain drain on north side of the home.
