PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, July 13, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Bettina Schwartz of 111 Chestnut Hill Rd, Monterey to upgrade the septic system. Portions of the work fall within the outer riparian zone of the 200’ Riverfront area.
