PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
TOWN OF MONTEREY
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, pursuant to the provisions of the Berkshire Scenic Mountains Act, Chapter 131, Section 39A of the Massachusetts General Laws, will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, July 13, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to consider the Notice of Intent of Bill Savitt of 221 Beartown Mountain Rd to clear approx. 1/3+ acres. The project is located in a mapped mountain region.
