PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, July 13, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for the Town of Monterey Parks Department, Lake Garfield town beach to add an accessible changing room to the existing porta potty surround and replace the stockade fencing. This project is located in the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
