NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at 3:00pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application for a Special Permit under the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for the Town of Monterey represented by the McLaughlin/Wilson House Committee to change the existing single family dwelling to a business use, categorized as a “public service building”. This project is located at 9 New Marlboro Rd. in Monterey. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 973, Page 307. Record Title is in the name of the Town of Monterey.
