PUBLIC NOTICE
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 14, 2009 at 6:00pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA to act on a request to amend an existing Order of Conditions (DEP#230-0251), MWPA GLC 131 section 40 for David and Carolyn Wasserman of 40 Elephant Rock Rd. to include the removal of two small trees and some limbs within 100 feet of Lake Garfield.
