PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at 6:00pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA to act on a Notice of Intent, MWPA GLC 131 section 40 for Alan L. and Kathryn M. Klingenstein of 149 Hupi Rd to address drainage issues on the property that is causing erosion of an existing path, and will reconstruct a terrace in the area of existing impervious asphalt; vista pruning and the construction of a boardwalk will also take place.
