PUBLIC NOTICE
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Carl T. and Elise Hartman of 37 Steven’s Lake Rd, Monterey to perform boring and trenching work required to connect electric, water and sewer lines between the barn and residence. The work will take place mainly within the 50’ no disturbance zones of an intermittent stream and Steven’s Pond, with minor excavation work in the 100’ buffer zone of Steven’s Pond and the intermittent stream.
