PUBLIC NOTICE
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Ann Canning of 102 Stevens Lake Rd, Monterey to place a foundation, driveway and septic system in the buffer zone of a BVW.
