The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, November 9, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for John Delmolino of 527 Main Rd, Monterey to repair or replace an existing 12 x 34 patio area and install retaining walls.
