PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, November 9, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Marcia Weiss of 53 Stevens Lake, Monterey to add a master bedroom and bath to the rear of the existing house. The project is within the buffer zone of Stevens Lake.
