NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 3:00pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application for a Special Permit under the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for William Carry to demolish an existing single family dwelling and reconstruct a new single family dwelling with a second story addition. This project is located at 29 Broderick Rd in Monterey. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 1864, Page 71. Record Title is in the name of William Carry.
