PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, November 9, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Greg Fahlund of 24 Bidwell Rd, Monterey to remove six trees threatening an existing boathouse in the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
