The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 14, 2009 at 6:00pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA to act on a Notice of Intent, MWPA GLC 131 section 40 for William Dodge, Jr. of Art School Rd, Monterey to construct a driveway section through a wetlands resource area.
