NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 17, 2009 at 3:00pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application to appeal from a person aggrieved (MGL Chapter 40A, Section 8) under the Monterey Zoning Bylaws Section IX.B.1; Appeals for Elliot M. and Friderika G. Small for a hot tub and retaining wall constructed without the proper permits and within the 15’ Lakeshore setback requirements. This project is located at 7 Buckingham Lane in Monterey. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 1088, Page 234. Record Title is in the name of Elliot M. Small and Friderika G. Small.
