PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, January 11, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Don and Maggie Barkin of 439 Main Rd, Monterey to remove old sills and rock foundation, pour new footings and build a new poured wall. This project is within the buffer zone of the Konkapot River.
