PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, January 11, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Carol Perlman of 14 Point Rd, Monterey to remove an existing single family home and replace with a new single family home. This project is located in the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
