NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 25, 2010 at 3:00pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application for a Special Permit under the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for Edward and Meryl Mandelbaum to demolish the existing three bedroom single family dwelling and reconstruct a new three bedroom single family dwelling. The proposed project is non-conforming due to a lack of requisite road frontage. This project is located at 521 Main Rd in Monterey. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 1741, Page 48. Record Title is in the name of Edward and Meryl Mandelbaum.
