PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, April 12, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Rick and Deborah Mielke of Lime Rock Lane, Monterey to clean up debris and restore area back to a recreation area. The project is located on Lake Garfield.
