PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, April 12, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Ron & Amy Rothschild of 56 Sylvan Rd, Monterey to install a 30’ aluminum and cedar deck dock. The project is located on Lake Garfield.
