MONTEREY PUBLIC NOTICE
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, May 10, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for The Lombardo Group, LLC of 62 Worth Lane to maintain and reconstruct an existing deck and add a screen. The project is located on Lake Garfield.
