PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, May 10, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for John Prusinski of Old Beartown Mtn Rd. to construct a single family home and install a septic system, well and driveway. Part of the project is located within the 100ft buffer zone of an intermittent stream.
