PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, pursuant to the provisions of the Berkshire Scenic Mountains Act, Chapter 131, Section 39A of the Massachusetts General Laws, will conduct a Public Meeting on Monday, May 10, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to consider the SMA Request for Determination of Applicability of John Prusinski of Old Beartown Mtn Rd. to construct a single family home and install a septic, well, utilities and drainage.
