PUBLIC NOTICE
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, June 14, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Elliot Small of 7 Buckingham Lane, Monterey to repair an existing retaining wall that is in a state of collapse. This project is located in the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
