PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, June 14, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Stuart & Adrian Gelbard of 19 Lime Rock Road, Monterey to replace an existing retaining wall. This project is located in the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
