TOWN OF MONTEREY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, pursuant to the provisions of the Berkshire Scenic Mountains Act, Chapter 131, Section 39A of the Massachusetts General Laws, will conduct a Public Meeting on Monday, June 14, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to consider the SMA Request for Determination of Applicability of Michael and Cara Carroll of 394 Main Rd to replace the current residence with a single-family residence.  The project is located on a steep slope.
