NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 29, 2010 at 3pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application for a Special Permit under the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for Stuart and Adrian Gelbard to repair an existing structural retaining wall and decking on Lake Garfield waterfront. This project is located at 19 Lime Rock Lane in Monterey. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 1453, Page 91. Record Title is in the name of Stuart and Adrian Gelbard.
