MONTEREY PUBLIC NOTICE
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, July 12, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Timothy F, Craig R, Chris J and Raymond F Kirby, Jr of 58 Cronk Rd, Monterey to replace two decks with one 9’ x 18’ deck in the front and one 10’ x 6’ porch in the rear. This project is located near a brook.
