PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, August 9, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Bill Hall of 212 Blue Hill Rd, Monterey to construct a new septic system and renovate a barn into a residence. This project is located within the buffer zone of a wetland.
