PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, August 9, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for David and Jo Ann Reiss of 22 Bidwell Rd, Monterey to relocate an existing path to the lakefront. This project is located in the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
