	PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record) The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Glen & Christine Wall of 15 Buckingham Lane, Monterey to add a 14x28 deck to the lakeside of an existing house. This project is in the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
