PUBLIC NOTICE (1/25/08 Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 11, 2008 at 6:00pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA to act on a Notice of Intent, MWPA GLC 131 section 40 for Joseph and Elizabeth Catino of 31 Sackman Way, Monterey to upgrade the septic system to conform to Title 5 and WPA standards, construct a garage and realign the driveway, stabilize the shoreline and add a deck.
