The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, March 10, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Doug and Julie Neu of 9 Bidwell Rd, Monterey to reconstruct an existing 3 bedroom house, regrade the property and construct a stone wall near a wetland.
