TOWN OF MONTEREY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, pursuant to the provisions of the Berkshire Scenic Mountains Act, Chapter 131, Section 39A of the Massachusetts General Laws, will conduct a Public Meeting on Monday, March 10, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to consider the SMA Request for Determination of Applicability of Frederick & Deborah Mielke of Cronk Rd in Monterey to prepare the lot for a proposed driveway and house. The project is located in the scenic mountain region.
