Published Summary Notice of Amended Regulation:
The Board of Health, Town of Monterey, Massachusetts in accordance with, and under the authority granted by Section 31 of Chapter 111 of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts hereby adopted amended rules and regulations of the Sale of Tobacco Products to Minors at a meeting of the Board held on January 14, 2008. A copy of these regulations can be found at the Monterey Town Hall or online at www.montereyma.gov
Effective date: These regulations shall take effect on January 14, 2008.
