NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at 4:00pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application for a Special Permit under section IV.E.2.1 of the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for Robert Johnson of 2 Elephant Rock Road, Monterey to remove an existing entry/kitchen and replace with a new entry area, kitchen area and a screened porch on a non-conforming lot. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 518, Page 149. Record Title is in the name of Robert H. Johnson.
