NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at 4:00pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application for a Special Permit under section IV.E.2.a.1 of the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for Doug and Julie Neu of 9 Bidwell Rd., Monterey. Applicants propose to demolish an existing nonconforming single family home and reconstruct a two story dwelling. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Books 1773 and 1824, Pages 132 and 80 respectively. Record Title is in the name of Douglas B. Neu and Julie B. Neu.
