PUBLIC NOTICE
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, April 14, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Camp Half Moon of Pixley Rd, Monterey to drill a new public supply well to serve it’s campers that would discharge +/- 5 gallons a minute into the wetland area for the duration of the pump test which is +/- 48 hours.
