NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 5, 2008 at 4:00pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application for a Special Permit under section IV.E.2.b of the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for Bruce and Merry Regenstreich of 7 Seven Arts Road, Monterey to reconstruct an existing single family residence which is part of Seven Arts Condominium. The building is located within the Lake Shore district. The owner proposes to increase the footprint and square footage of the home. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 1751, Page 297. Record Title is in the name of Bruce and Merry Regenstreich and Seven Arts Unit Owners’ Trust.
