TOWN OF MONTEREY
INVITATION TO BID
HEAVY DUTY TRUCK CAB AND CHASSIS
The Town of Monterey, acting through the Selectboard, will accept sealed bids until Monday June 2, 2008, at 11:00am at the Town offices, Monterey Town Hall, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Post Office Box 308, Monterey, MA. 01245 for a 2007 or newer, heavy duty truck Cab and Chassis. Bids will be opened and read aloud at that time. Absolutely no bids will be accepted after this time. Specifications can be obtained from the Town of Monterey Interdepartmental Secretary at the Town Hall.
The Selectboard reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding, if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Monterey. All bids shall be valid for a period of thirty days from the date of the bid opening. Any questions are to be directed to Maynard Forbes, Director of Operations, 528-1734.
