INVITATION TO BID
NEW ¾ TON PICK-UP TRUCK
The Town of Monterey, Ma. is accepting sealed bids for a new ¾ ton 2008 or 2009 pickup truck as per specifications. Specifications are available at the Monterey Town Hall, 413-528-1443, Monterey Grange 291, 435 Main Road, Box 308, Monterey, Ma. 01245. Bids must be received by 11:00am June 16, 2008, by the Selectboard or their Secretary, in the Monterey Town Offices at the above address. The Bid shall be awarded no later than 11:00am on July 14, 2008. Bid envelopes shall be clearly labeled “2008-09 TOWN OF MONTEREY ¾ TON PICK UP TRUCK BID”, and accompanied by a statement of non-collusion.
BID OPENING WILL BE AT11:00AM on Monday June 16, 2008 AT TOWN HALL, MONTEREY, Selectboard Office.
The Town of Monterey reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in bidding if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Monterey.
