PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, February 8, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Jerrold and Giuliana Raab of 547 Main Rd, Monterey to set boulders against the bank of an existing boathouse to control erosion. This project is within the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
