BOARD OF SELECTMEN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
APPLICATION FOR A LIQUOR LICENSE
The Selectmen will conduct a public hearing, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 138 of the Massachusetts General Laws, on the application of Kenneth Basler DBA Monterey General Store, for an application for an all alcoholic beverage package store license at the premises located at 448 Main Rd.  The hearing will be held at 4:15pm on Monday, February 22, 2010, at Town Hall, 435 Main Rd, Monterey, MA.
