PUBLIC NOTICE (Berkshire Record)
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 8, 2010 at 6:00pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA to act on a Notice of Intent, MWPA GLC 131 section 40 for Franklin and Judith Kern of 4 Art School Rd, Monterey to complete the final grading and surfacing of the construction access road to be used as a permanent driveway. This project takes place within a buffer zone of a BVW associated with a perennial stream and pond.
