TOWN OF MONTEREY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, pursuant to the provisions of the Berkshire Scenic Mountains Act, Chapter 131, Section 39A of the Massachusetts General Laws, will conduct a Public Meeting on Monday, March 8, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to consider the SMA Request for Determination of Applicability of Bill & Nazak Savitt of 221 Beartown Mtn Rd to present their proposed landscaping plan within a mapped Scenic Mountain Area.
