MONTEREY PUBLIC NOTICE
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, April 12, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Jacob Krans of 29 Cronk Rd., Monterey to construct a 22’ x 24’ garage. Part of this project is within the 100ft buffer zone of a BVW.
