The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, April 12, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Jeffrey and Janet Mestel of 99 Hupi Rd., Monterey for continued seasonal dock installation and removal. The project is located on Lake Garfield.
